  • I am an existing Pizza Hut's Online Ordering user and can't remember my email / password. How do I sign in?

  • I am new to Pizza Hut's Online Ordering. How do I set up my account?


    Click on 'Order Now' at the right corner of your screen. A pop-up screen will appear to prompt 'Sign In to Start Ordering'. Simply click on 'Sign Up Now' and key in your personal details . Finally click agree to our terms and conditions and your account will be ready for ordering.

  • I've forgotten my password. How do I get it?


    Click on 'Forgot password?' at 'Sign In to Start Ordering' screen. Enter the email address you registered with, and further instructions will be emailed to you.

  • Can I change my stored delivery address?


    Your stored delivery address can't be modified, but you can add 1 more delivery address or edit your address during the ordering process.

  • Can I change the contact no. for my account?


    We're sorry but this feature is not available for now. Please email the new contact details to and your account will be updated.

  • How do I start ordering?


    a) Click on 'Order Now' at the right corner of your screen and sign in with your registered email and password.

    b) Confirm your delivery address and type of order. The estimated delivery time to your location will be shown automatically.

    c) Start adding items from the menu to your shopping cart.

    d) When you've finalised your order, choose the payment mode and click on 'Check out' at the bottom of your shopping cart.

  • How do I amend/remove items from my shopping cart?


    To amend quantity, click on the + and - buttons next to each item. To remove items, simply click on the cross next to each item to remove it.

  • Can I amend the selection that I made for meal deals?


    We're sorry but this feature is not available for now. Please remove the deal from shopping cart and start your selection again.

  • How do I check the status of my order?


    Click on 'Check Order Status' located at the top of the page and enter your phone number or order ID (you can find your order ID in the confirmation email sent to you after your payment was received).

  • Can I place an order more than 4 in advance?


    For advance orders of more than 4 days, please call our hotline 62-35-35-35.
